one thing i hav been trying to do is to lose someweight..
i always managed to keep my weight arnd 78-81 aftr collg..
bt d past one week itz been upto 84-85 nd d ting is i havnt eaten mch nd
also hav exercised a lot nd also feels lik my tummy flab has lessend
.. lotz of tings hav been going in d opp dir fr me..
hav alrdy cmplaind abt it... full tim busy dat guy rite.. soo mayb some delay..
bt den wht shud i do abt it?? mmm...shud b mor activ i guess..
aftr googling arnd,one ting useful dat i found out i can do is walk arnd during phone calls..
dat will b about 1 hr exercise..wht else..lots of water i do drink..nt mch
carbohyd fuds i eat.. mm..vry cnfusd wit d state of my health..
